Detox Smoothie

I have been a very very naughty girl, I’ve been binge eating for the last month due to the holiday season. The fact that December is always has been an excuse for me to eat whatever I want including processed food. I also gained 4kilos just this month of December and gaining weight is something I need to take in consideration.

I’ve tried and tested this detox smoothie recipe last summer and it actually worked. “Love handles” gone, I don’t feel bloated anymore and of course weight loss is immediate.

The benefits of green smoothies are many and varied — they’re easy to digest, keep you hydrated, increase your energy, get your skin glowing, and more. They can include spinach, lettuce, kale, and collard greens.

Detox Smoothie

Serves: 2 Cooking Time: 5M


  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup chia seeds



Add all the above ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
